Everyone recommends this place and I have no idea why. The girl who did my nails didn’t say one word to me the entire time and they looked awful. The nail polish was bumpy and the nails were all a different length. She didn’t deserve a tip. Awful service. Then the fact that they “prefer” cash??? That’s great that they have a “free atm” but I would get charged through my bank an even higher fee than what they charge me to use my credit card. No other nail salon does that. Never again.
I have gone to this place for years and have really liked their service. I noticed recently that whoever is cleaning their location is not doing an adequate job. I would prefer to keep having my nails done there but I'm concerned with the cleanliness overall.
I think it depends on who you get. I had a gel manicure done and I’m really disappointed with how it looks. She did not put the nail polish up to the cuticle line, so it looks like my manicure was done a week ago. I mentioned it to the girl during my appointment and she said she couldn’t put the nail polish up to the cuticle line because it would make the gel peel faster? I attached picture of my nails the same day I had my manicure done. The same girl did my pedicure and I was happy with how she did that.
Amazing! I was a walk in, wait was quick, he took his time doing my nails and i love them! Well be going back.
disgustingly rude. the guy who works there gave me a hard time doing my nails. he was upset that i wanted to add tips to my service (they were not busy) he claimed he didn't know how to do french tip and jumped up from his chair like a lunatic.
Every time I go the price is totally different. $35 for a refill + $5 to cut down + $5 for shaping + $3 for each nail that needs to be repaired. Total price was more than the price to get a brand new full set. The lack of consistency is unprofessional and frustrating. Will not be going here again.
