I do not recommend this place for anyone who is NOT White. They are completely RACIST towards non-whites. I tried this place twice thinking if I made an appointment w/ the main lady, Jenny, the manicure and service would be better. I arrived on time for my appointment, Jenny was occupied with two other women (who were white), so instead she had a second lady rush through removing my gel nails, waited 30 minutes as my nails soaked in acetone, they were not coming off, so same lady rushed through shaving off the surface, waited another 15 minutes for Jenny to do my nails. I had to tell Jenny, "Hey I've been waiting for 45 minutes and I need to get going. I made an appointment, so can you please do my nails?". She finally came over, rushed through my manicure, and was annoyed , rude, and not at all friendly with me. Meanwhile was laughing and joking around with the white women. She talked smack in her asian language the entire time she did my nails.
ZERO stars for racism and unprofessionalism. I never had this issue with the nice Vietnamese ladies in San Diego.
This is the best nail parlor that I have ever been too! Peter has done my nails every time and they are perfect every time that he has done them he helps me with my color choice and has a beautiful eye for color! I would recommend this place to everybody! If you have a chance to go please please please go they are also kind and such wonderful people that I will never ever change where I go! Go go go have a wonderful experience and a great time!
???? THE BEST PLACE IN CHEYENNE!! ???? I’ve been coming here for 2 years. I had tried other places in Cheyenne and they were either inconsistent or just flat out terrible. Lovely Nails is owned and run by Connie and Jose. They both always do a fantastic job. They are kind, professional, fun and just great people in general. They never want you to leave without being 100% satisfied. You can show them a picture and they will make your nails look just like it!
Had my nails done here about a week ago and they are still going strong. They both did amazing jobs on my daughter's nails and my own nails. They were both very kind, gentle ( I have a perm arm injury). She took the time to make sure my skin wasn't glued to the tips and I walked out not having to nip, pick, or adjust anything. Our nails felt natural, and looked amazing! Thank you!
My wife did her nails there, but she didn't like it, they didn't do the nails correctly, they did not check if it was dry and the color came off, they made her wait long and a people came ahead of them even though they got their first!!! Her friend that went with her ended up not doing them of how long she waited to and let other 2 people ahead of her too!!!
Spur of the moment, my friend and I decided to get manicures and we heard from a friend that this place was good so we called to get an appointment. Given that it was about 1 when we called, we weren't expecting much, but they said they could get us in at 3:30 which was amazing. We got there and they took us immediately. Connie and Jose were so nice, personable, and accommodating and gave us exactly what we wanted for such a reasonable price. We'll definitely be back and I think we found our go-to place in Cheyenne!
Such a wonderful place. They took their time respected the appointment time and even fixed a nail for free when I carelessly broke it on something!
