I got my nails done here 5 days ago & they are all already lifting & two of them have came off. Really disappointing and a waste of my money. I’m not surprised, they look awful. When I walked in I noticed the shop was pretty dirty & all supplies/ containers looked very old, when I called they told me there was nothing they could do & I’d have to pay full price again & proceeded to blame me, This has never happened to me before all my nails last at least 2 weeks until I’m able to get a fill.
I've been searching for a good nail salon in Vancouver, for about a year now and, I've FINALLY found a salon that I will stick with. The whole experience at Lucky Nails is Fantastic! They are not rushed with their jobs and their quality of work is super good. You will not feel like you're at the nail salon mill.
During slow months though (like Oct&Nov) I would recommend setting an appointment by calling them to make sure they're open, especially if you plan on visiting in the evening hours.
I am so pleased to have found this salon. It's perfect.
They weren't following state board regulations.they were reusing old nail files and buffers. I have been to cosmetology school. I don't know what products they are using but I wouldn't trust it, what ever it is messed me up. My cudicles are bubbly and irritated, tender to the touch.
Definitely NOT what I asked for. Spend 2 hours of my day here just to get ugly nails. Complete waist of time and money. This place used to be good. But now they are always in a rush. Very dissatisfied!
I have been going here for over 6 years and have had no issues until this year, I'm very disappointed in their service lately, also their hrs indicate that they are open until 7pm, that's incorrect information as when I've called to schedule for after work since this is the only time I have avail, they always say they have to close at 530pm and can't stay open. Please change your hrs to accurate business times and actually open and close when your hrs say. I'm sad to say they will be losing a loyal k long time customer.
The best pedicure I've had in a long time. Super nice, fit us in on a Sunday. Amazing selection of colors, clean and calm shop, cozy massage chairs. I feel like I got a through pedi but it didn't hurt like some I've had. Excellent nail shaping and I love that when I leave, my polish is set and won't rub off on anything. Great foot massage too. Highly recommend. Nice people, nice shop!

They did ok, I had to wait an hour but that was on me because I was a walk in, also the finished product was really good but the guy who did my nails was supper rough, he even made me bleed..... I'm giving a 4 star because of how beautiful the acrylics were.
