I really want to like this place. It’s cozy on the inside, not a bad location.
However, the young lady who did my mani/pedi was on her phone the whole time. She even had a kickstand for it. I thought she was new and needed a reference. I saw with my own eyes a texting screen.
The lines are uneven in areas. This normally doesn’t bother me, but maybe she would do a lot better if she focused on the nail lines and not her cell phone? Maybe not. Usually doesn’t bother me, but I was a little irritated at the lack of focus on the job. A simple job too.
As for the pedi… the chair didn’t even move. So I was straight backed the whole time. Maybe to move the seat and use the massage is an extra cost, but I get mani/pedi’s to relax not sit in a chair I can’t even get comfortable in.
I want to like this place, the other reviews are amazing. But… I kind of wanted acrylic nails not a gel polish… gel polish doesn’t last long… as you can see in the photo one of my nails is already cracked. I’m disappointed in the pedi especially… I’ve never been so uncomfortable during a pedi. My back still hurts and it’s been 24 hours.
I took myself and 2 of my daughters here even made an appointment for 12:30. There was no one available for us at 12:30 and didn’t get started until almost 1 on myself and and one of my daughters. We had to go pick up my other 2 kids at 1:30 and were late doing so because they couldn’t start us at our appointment time. They started my youngest daughter at 1:20 and for just a nail trim and paint only (no water no other pedicure stuff) they charged the full $40 for her pedicure. 10/10 do not recommend these people. Would give zero stars just based off of them scheduling appointments and then not having anyone available.
Worst pedicure experience ever. The guy was more interested in watching some show on his phone. He was rough and rude the entire time. I felt absolutely horrible by the time I left. It was really pricey for horrendous service and quality and I definitely will never go back.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst service I've ever received at a nail salon. The man doing my pedicure didn't say one word to me, was " Massaging" my leg with one hand and scrolling on his phone with the other. You walk in, no one greets you. I have no idea how this place gets return customers. Two thumbs down, I do not recommend giving this shop business.
I really enjoyed my experience here. The nail tech did a great job and didn't rush it. The vibe and style of the salon is great too ???? I will be back.
went in with a reference and ended up letting her free hand & i absolutely love the way it came out will 100% make a drive every time i want my nails done to come here. Better then any of the nails i’ve gotten done anywhere else!!
The lady that did my nails was so sweet. She made sure they were exactly what I wanted. I have nothing to complain about. My nails look so pretty ????
Went in with high expectations and was very disappointed. I showed the guy the shape and Length I wanted my nails. Came out with coffin shape wanted square then ask for medium length got short. They are flat and curve up. I wouldn’t recommend going here so dissatisfied.
